In partnership with Ebtech Glasshouse Systems company, approximately 2 months ago Agrikol Norway started working on a facility for Kilrie Trees Ltd in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland.
The project includes Glasshouse growing area with the size of 2.304 m² and shed area 384 m². The works to be performed contain of: Steel structure with vent system, Cladding roof, Cladding gables/sides, Rain water discharge and doors.
Ice, snow, rain and wind have been giving us trouble, but right now, the calm weather conditions have provided to work on finishing the roof and every day we are closer to the finish line for this tree propagating nursery.
Once completed, it will secure not only a continuous and steady supply of tree stocks but also improve their quality and resilience to the effects of climate change.
